• This cable is NOT certified for HDMI2.1. I learned two things on this matter. 1; if the cable is rated for 8k, it is certified for HDMI 2.1. 2; sometimes cables are not labeled for HDMI 2.1 but are still certified non the less. Go with a cable rated for 8k and your good.

• Yes, they are HDMI 2.1 and they are backwards compatible with all other HDMI standards.
