Q: QuestionI just bought a Rocketfish 4k 4ft cable for my vizio smart tv, but the picture is not as good and freezes up and the volume goes away for moments. My husband hooked it up from the cable box the the tv hdmi1. Is it supposed to go somewhere else?

• A:Answer It shouldn't matter which HDMI input on your tv is used. Try using (arc) if available.

• A:Answer Assuming your laptop isnt 4k at 144hz it can handle it no problem. this cable is 18 gbps, i believe it caps out around 120hz at 4k. 144hz at 1440p would be no problem.

• A:Answer This isnt the cord you want for an 8k tv. Check your hdmi ports from your tv to your device and if its compatible with hdmi 2.1 get one of those.

Q: QuestionMy Insignia Fire TV does not have an input in the back of the TV for An HDMI plug. There are just the HDMI ports on the side of the TV. The cable that I was asked to purchase when I ordered this set has an HDMI plug-in at both ends. No video, only sound

• A:Answer I believe that you want to know that one cord it attaches to your TV input and the other cable end attaches to your entertainment source (cable box, satellite dish, game console). You TV may have back ports, side ports, or no ports for HDMI. The cable works when plugged in either direction. If the signal type of source and TV are initially in sync (the same), your TV may pause to achieve this synchronization.
