“Purchased this years ago, paired to my phone perfect, using it for years, love it. Just got a new phone, unplugged/replug its power and switch, it will not put the receiver into pairing/blue light blinking mode at all. Only solid blue. How put in pairing?”

When you're seeing a solid blue light and it's not going into pairing mode with your new phone, it likely means the receiver is still paired with your old phone. To put it into pairing mode for your new phone, you'll usually need to clear the existing pairing. Try pressing and holding the Bluetooth pairing button on the receiver for about 5-10 seconds. The light should then start blinking blue, indicating it's in pairing mode and ready to connect to your new phone. If you don't see a separate pairing button, sometimes the power button itself needs to be held down for that longer duration to initiate pairing after it's powered on.
