RF-BTR319 is receiver only. Please check your samsung TV and speakers with bluetooth function first. If the TV and speaker equipped Bluetooth function, please follow pairing section of your TV & speaker manual. If your speaker is not with bluetooth function, you can connect RF-BTR319 to speaker and play music from mobile phone thru RF-BTR319 to speaker.
