How do you hook to back of receiver null

It can be plugged into either the digital opticsl in.... or by attaching the RCA cables

I used a digital optical cable to connect mine.

It connects via RCA inputs. On my receiver, I have it going in through the TV inputs, but you could easily use any other input lines.
