• Most probably yes! I have used this device to make my Yamaha receivers "bluetooth compatible". You can use either RCA or headphone input, or digital optical audio input.

• Yes. This unit makes my old (and spectacular) Nakamichi receiver Bluetooth-capable. You can stream iPhone, iPad, Alexa, etc. right to your main system.

• I did it for my Pioneer receiver that's hooked up for surround and outside speakers. I used the RCA plugs but there is another option also.
