• Only if your television has bluetooth. It would be better to connect your television using the optical cable directly.

• Not completely sure I understand the question, but if you have a Bluetooth device you should then be able to broadcast to this, and choose the optical out for your surround. How much of the surround passes through Bluetooth transmission, I don't know.
