• I don't think this will work for you. The adapter only receives a bluetooth signal, it does not send out a signal. This adaptor is for streaming sound from a bluetooth enabled device (such as a smartphone, tablet or computer) to a wired output source like a receiver or speakers. You may want to search BestBuy.com for a bluetooth transmitter instead of a bluetooth receiver. Search "ClearSounds Stereo TV Bluetooth Transmitter" for a product that may interest you.

• If your hearing aids have a 1/8" stereo jack (like on earphones)...then probably so, but the receiver has to remain plugged in for power.
