“I have an older Sony amplifier so my question is How does it connect to the receiver?”

• The unit has a standard 3.5mm analog output jack. Use a 3.5mm to Stereo RCA cable to connect to a receiver. The unit also has a toslink optical output if your Sony receiver has an optical input.

• Use the analog connection on the back and a 8th inch stereo plug to RCA's. You could also use an RCA cable with a RCA to stereo mini plug adapter. For the highest quality sound, buy a DAC and let it do the conversion from digital to analog.

• Optical or 3.5mm, or phono/rca virtually all amps made in the last 30 years will work.
