• It should. It comes with multiple bolts and bushings to fit most tvs in the listed size range. But if it doesn't, you can always return it.

• The mount is adjustable to different models. The brackets.you in stall on back of tv are sturddy and adjustable. Just keep size within the guides limits.

• Based off of the size and weight requirements, this should support a 32 inch Sharp just fine.
