Where do I screw the tv plate into on my 37"LG? null

There should already be mounting holes in the back of the tv. They're pretty easy to spot bc they have machine threading. You'll just need to choose the correct bolts (included) that will fit.

There should be holes for the screws in the back of the TV already, all you should need todo is line up everything. Hope this helps

Just line up the plates to the back of your tv. The holes should line up. There are 4 of them.
