• Yes this whould be compatible with any HDMI device including a Roku stick with HDMI.

• Yes, I bought one to use with my Roku stick on a small tv that did not have enough room for the Roku alone. This device angled my Roku away from the tv enough so I could plug it into the tv. Works great.

• You can, it should be able to handle the frequencies. It didnt work well with my ps5 though because i play at 4k 120mhz. It kept intermittently going black screen.
