I would try pairing other devices to your laptop to see if it can see them. If not, then try plugging the adapter into a different USB slot. Make sure there is a flashing light on the adapter. Try pairing the JBL speaker to another device to see if it will pair that way. If none of that works, then contact either us or JBL for further troubleshooting assistance.
