QuestionWhat type of USB cable is this? I just purchased the Microsoft - Controller for Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and Xbox One - Shock Blue and it doesn't seem to fit. The controller uses a USB C cable... thanks.

- Answer It's a micro USB. But I had the same rocketfish battery pack and returned mine for Energizer rechargeable batteries because the battery wouldn't charge with the rocketfish charger pack of you have the same issue just return it and do the same

QuestionThis fits in my xbox shock blue wireless (that i just bought). The cable doesnt fit. I changed the cable to one that fits and the light on controller is on and its charging. Any risk of damaging the controller or battery since i swapped wires?

- Answer No, I am doing the same thing. It's just a different USB cable. The Old Xbox one controllers use MicroUSB, the Series controllers use USB-C... Great value as the Microsoft ones are like $30

- Answer You plug your controller in to charge. You don't change the battery itself. If you have a Series S/X, then the cable won't work but, the batteries will

QuestionMy battery pack will not charge. Have the official Xbox battery pack and it charges with the cable that came with the rocketfish battery pack. So it's not the cable. What should I do? Let the battery die and then try charging? Can't get help.

- Answer I had the rocket fish charging pack and cable had the same issue with not charging I returned mine and got the Energizer rechargeable batteries probably a good idea for you to do the same
