Yes it is a low profile/ right angle plug.

If you’re referring to the actual power cord plug to the strip itself then yes, it’s a right angled plug that angles approximately 5 o’clock

The power cord runs into the side of a flat disk, the prongs to plug it in come out of the bottom of that disk. So the prongs and the power cable are at a right angle to each other.
