“The charge level of the battery doesn't seem to be correctly indicated on the Windows "Game Bar", or steam ... is this a known bug? It continues to show "low charge" but I've plugged the controller in for some time... please advise?”

I'm having the same problem. The controller shows that it is in low battery but when I leave it plugged in to charge it only goes up to half charge, or at least is what it shows in my Xbox series s. I have 2 of this batteries and both have the same issue.
