“is this compatible with HP G17 laptop? in need of a new charger, my brother and dad both have newer versions of my laptop and their charger fits mine but i need one of my own, my laptop is only 2 year old and works perfectly, i'd hate to buy a new one:(”

• Chances are it will work. It comes with 8 different ends that snap into place. It also has a booklet that tells you which end to use. It took me less than 5 minutes to select the correct end.

• From the packaging looks like that would work but you can always take it back save the receipt.
