Mine works with my netbook (Ultrabook) laptop. It's intended to be 'universal'. Have you eliminated the Rocketfish by connecting it to another PC and check for charging?

No, there is another Rocketfish power adapter made specially for netbooks, it is less expensive too! Good Luck!
