• Depending on the type of soundbar you have, you may or may not be able to use this to hang the sound bar above the television. I think in most cases you will be able to do it.

• Yes you can use it to mount either on the top or bottom. Tilt has all the instructions included when you purchase the mount.

• You could mount it above the tv, but you will have to mount it to the wall with the wall mounting hardware.
