“When screwing mounts to TV, should there be creases in metal back of TV I used the recommended length bolts and still have little creases above and below where the bolts go into the TV. Will this harm my TV”

Not sure what you mean by creases. If your bolt is so tight that it is warping the tv that is bad. They should only be snug only. If you mean there is a gap then switch bolts or use extra spacers between the mount and the tv to fill the gap.
