i have a samsung un55d7000 the screws on the rocketfish are too long - what can i do - do i need another type of bracket? the screen is so thin that the shortest screws that are provided in the rocketfish box are still too long - i can not screw them in far enough to get a tight connection

run to any hardware store and ask them for a scre depth gauge its a metal rod with measures on it that way you can gind the depth of screw you need then go back to hardware store wiht one fo the screws they included and tel them hat you need, but they should have sent you a plastick shim to make the screw shorter, its like a plastic tube that you put the screw threw so it only threads to a certian depth

If you still have the screws provided with the TV to mount to a stand --see if those work. If not, time to go to the hardware store.
