• Bolt it to the verticals, and hang it on the back plate.

• It comes with a whole bunch of different bolts and instructions on how to mount each TV whether it is a flat back, or non-flat. It's fairly easy to do with the instructions. They have Specific Instructions for whatever type of TV you have and coinciding bolts.
