“Bolts are not the right size I purchased this wall mount to use with a new Samsung 65" Smart tv, but neither set of brackets fit properly. The short ones are not long enough and the long ones are too long and won't tighten the bracket to the TV. The only questions posted with similar issues all reference Samsung TV's. Does anyone know if this bracket is not fully compatible with Samsung? Thanks.”

• I had the exact same issue. I ended up buying 4 nylon spaces from Lowe's, there were 1/4" tall which fit perfectly.
