Self tapping screws. They have cutting flutes on the tip kind of like a drill bit. As the flutes cut through the metal they will track the threads into the hole and they will make their own opposing threads. Do be aware though this is more of a "one and done" proposition; you can't keep backing them out or re-installing them and expect them to be as tight as they were the first time.
