It should, the kit comes with about a dozen types of different hardware to fit every imaginable tv on the market since every brand has different spacing and thread size n depth. When they say fits "most" 32"-70" tvs I think they probably mean 99% They must have to say "most" because they're might be one or two that it doesn't fit, but I've installed three different brands, Samsung, Sony and Insignia with zero problems.
