• Nothing needs to be loosened. Gently apply pressure to the upper or lower portion of your TV, depending on whether you want to tilt the TV up or down, while bracing the TV with your other hand.

• There is a large wingnut on the side of the mount that you loosen. Once you do this the tv will tilt easily, then tighten them back up when you are done.
