- Answer This is the biggest problem with this hanger. Tilt it all the way to the front, or carefully pull down on the toggles on the two vertical bars and pull the lower front forward. Have someone be sure the upper hooks remain in place until you have pushed the bottom back in and the catches have returned to the locked position.

- Answer The screws going into the back of the TV don’t go very far into the TV. There should be info with TV instructions telling you what size bolt to use. My 55 Came with a bunch of bolt sizes and the spacers and I just used the ones as instructed on the chart in the instruction book
