A:Answertighten the tilt screws on the tilt slide. If you cant reach figure out about where you want the tilt(look behind where your tilt is) then take your t v down tighten, then re mount.
A:AnswerNot sure what you mean by creases. If your bolt is so tight that it is warping the tv that is bad. They should only be snug only. If you mean there is a gap then switch bolts or use extra spacers between the mount and the tv to fill the gap.
