QuestionTilt ProblemI have had this wall mount for about a year. It is holding a 46" samsung LED smart tv. Best buy installed it for me. Starting today, my wall mount keeps tilting the tv toward the ceiling. If I adjust it downward, it slowly tilts back up over about 5 minutes. Is there something I can tighten to keep it in place?

QuestionStuds are flat against basement wallMy 2x4 studs are flat againt by basment wall so I am not able to drill 3 inches in to the wood. Can I get shorter bolts. OR Drill throught the stud into the concrete and put the anchors in. Will this still hold in the wood

QuestionBolts are not the right sizeI purchased this wall mount to use with a new Samsung 65" Smart tv, but neither set of brackets fit properly. The short ones are not long enough and the long ones are too long and won't tighten the bracket to the TV. The only questions posted with similar issues all reference Samsung TV's. Does anyone know if this bracket is not fully compatible with Samsung? Thanks.

QuestionWhen screwing mounts to TV, should there be creases in metal back of TVI used the recommended length bolts and still have little creases above and below where the bolts go into the TV. Will this harm my TV

- Answer Not sure what you mean by creases. If your bolt is so tight that it is warping the tv that is bad. They should only be snug only. If you mean there is a gap then switch bolts or use extra spacers between the mount and the tv to fill the gap.

QuestionUsing just top hole of the TV bracketIs it possible to securely mount the TV just using the top, not the bottom, holes of the TV bracket - this gives flexibility in terms of lowering the height at which the TV sits on the wall The mount is fully secured on the wall thanks
