“just bought one and it wont work. ive tried 2 different hdmi cables did the basic hard resets when i plug switch into it the light goes green and the switch goes black but no picture or sound come from tv”

It may be something with the charger port. I know it may work for charging off the dock but it doesn’t work on the dock. I had the same problem and got this as an alternative. Although it did work for me. I may suggest changing the hdmi output. If not, return it and have them try it out to see what’s going on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem at the beginning and actually returned a different unit to Amazon because I assumed the dock was the problem. A newer HDMI cable took care of the issue, I hope it does the same for you.
