Great Replacement Dock for Nintendo's Garbage
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed.Got this to replace Nintendo's garbage unit that broke less than 6 months after purchase under limited use. The OE unit would no longer send HDMI signal to the TV. So we picked this one up and have had no problems with it. Works perfectly every time. Was a little worried reading some of the other reviews about bricking the Switch, but we have had no issues through a couple months of our limited use of it.

Worth It
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.My original docking station stopped working and i needed to get a new one. I looked online and both the prices and reviews for a new dock were all over the place. Finally i checked Best Buy and found this. Ive had it for a few weeks now and it works great. I was a little nervous about the dock not covering the whole system but it hasnt been an issue

No issues so far, works like original
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.Overall works and looks great. The power supply is slightly noisy, but not noticeable from a distance or if behind furniture. It also does leaves two smudge marks on the lower part of the screen where the two rubber bumpers are- I have a screen protector, and they seem to wipe off for now.

Perfect replacement for Nintendo OEM dock
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This 3rd Party Switch Dock is such a better design than the original Nintendo Switch dock that there’s no comparison. It’s so nice that it doesn’t have a big plastic wall scratching the Switch screen like Nintendo’s OEM dock. We have had no glitches or problems from this dock at all. This dock works perfectly and I will not go back to the Nintendo OEM dock. I highly recommend this dock as an alternative or an outright replacement if your OEM dock got damaged or lost. Don’t hesitate in buying this one.

- A:Answer This acts as a complete replacement for the dock that comes with the Switch. The only downside I’ve found so far is that it does not support HDMI CEC, which turns on your TV automatically when you turn on the Switch. The original dock supports this but the Rocketfish does not.

- A:Answer Without knowing too many details from your question, and not to insult your intelligence, I'll start with the basics. 1) Did you connect an HDMI cable from the dock to your TV? There has to be a physical connection to your screen through HDMI. 2) If it is connected through HDMI, did you select the correct HDMI input source on your TV? Unless you're using a stereo receiver or HDMI switching device, then you'll have multiple inputs on the TV to choose from, should be labeled on the TV where you plugged in as "HDMI 1," "HDMI 2," etc. 3) One thing I noticed when I connected mine is that if the Switch is in sleep mode, nothing will appear on the TV. I usually press the Home button on a controller to wake the Switch up and then it will display. 4) A final check would be to try a different HDMI cable before giving up. Hope this helps,
