Make sure there is no dust or substance on the connections or replace the wire connecting it to the tv. may be a cable that does not support higher video resolution too.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you have a protective case on the switch, it will not make good contact with the base so you have to remove the case to work properly. I've noticed on different tv's it seems to act up a little. I've had to change the settings on both the TV and the Switch. Resolution and input port make a difference also. Try using hdmi 2 or 3 if you have the option. The hdmi 1/arc port never works either, not sure why. The biggest issue was finding that I had to remove the protective case to make a good connection, which I didn't like because my 5yr likes to drop everything he touches. Hope I helped.
