“Compatible with iPhone 5S? If Amps are actually 2.1, wouldn't this work with most any iPhone? Why does it specifically just say "Most Tablets and E-Readers".”

It's mostly for advertising purposes. The charger should work with an iPhone 5S provided you have the iPhone's charge cable.

Please try again later.Generally phones have used chargers that output 1 amp, though due to the desire to charge phones faster, and having larger batteries, some newer phones are using 2.1 amp chargers. Tablets have generally always used 2.1 amp chargers due to the larger batteries, this is why this model is labeled the way it is. If your phone is capable of using a 2.1 amp charger then this model will work fine with your phone.
