Make sure the two devices have power. Make sure your sub has power. Make sure your sub level is not set to 0. Make sure your wired connections are correct. Make sure your subwoofer setting on your receiver is set to subwoofer and not None. Make sure the level for your subwoofer on receiver isn’t set too low. Refer to the user manual to pair the transmitter and receiver as a last step. (These are paired already by factory default so do this as a last step).
