• Yes, it will work. The wireless signal in this case is between the transmitter and the other end that gets attached to your sub. Your receiver/amp does not need wifi capability.

• You don't need Wi-Fi on your receiver. This device has it's own Rf transmitter and receiver to work the signals for you. It works up to 30 feet between receivers.

• No WiFi is needed. The transmitter and receiver work by themselves.

• Yes, this should not have any issues working with your receiver. Wifi is not involved in how these operate. Everything that is wireless about them is produced by the units and no other equipment is needed.
