• It should work with 2 different subs on 2 different sub outputs. The Rocketfish should be working on a range of frequencies and should not interfer. If it does - take it back and try another one. Hit and miss here but there are no frequency ranges printed on the boxes

• No, they will more than likely interfere with each other, even if they are transmitting the same signal.
