It will work with any sub that has an RCA jack. I do use a kenwood also and it works fine.

Please try again later.The transmitter-receiver kit works to send the signal, but the receiver is not an amplifier, so your subwoofer needs to be (must have a power cord of its own). The wire has RCA plugs, so if you have speaker-wire you will need to buy an RCA-speaker-wire kit as well, which you will find at any electronics parts store.
