As long as the Kef has the analog connector, yes it will.

If it has a sub outlet or Rca jacks on the back then yes.

Not sure on KEF. It should work on any Powered Sub which is wired to a receiver. This unit just eliminates the need to run the wires. It is limited on the range of about 35 - 45 feet.
