• I've used Rocksmith for about a month it's great ......made great progress for someone that is 36 and never played guitar ... Anyways back to your question the cable will fit any 1/4 inch plug in. not sure if the electric acoustic would work with rocksmith.. (Rocksmith gives 3 choices Bass, Rhythm ,and lead )

• Yes as it is a standard input jack. Unless you have a really funky guitar lol but seriously, it will fit an acoustic if you have an input jack
