Yes, you should have no issue replacing it with another Ally, just have tour receipt and make sure your within their return policy. If youre not manufacturer warrenty will take it but you would be required to send it to the company itsself to have your curent ally "repaird"

I had a similar problem on my right bumper but I i noticed the plastic was sort of stuck on the back cover. once I removed the back cover and reseated it, that bumper was working to full functionality
