Your Xbox game pass, steam, GOG, EA, Epic games etc… accounts with all your games will work. Basically it’s a windows 11 gaming PC in the form factor of a hand held.

No. Since this device has windows and if you login with the same account which you used to purchase those games (xbox, steam, epic etc) then you should be able to download them again and play on it

Yes, once you have the game on Steam, Battlenet, Xbox, etc., you just need to download it and you’re good to go.
