It’s a PC, so yes. You’ll need to plug it into a dock of sorts. That way up you have addition usb ports for plugging in a camera or any other accessories.

Yes, to all your mod questions. Its running Windows 11, so you can do everything you can do on the Windows OS platform. As far as video calls go you can purchase a USB C camera, or the official dock to attack any USB camera and use it for video calls etc. However that is not the intended use for this product, but yes you can dock it, add a physical keyboard / mouse / display / camera etc and use it like a PC if you like.
