Yes, as long as you are utilizing a 65W or higher charger it will bypass the battery at 80%+ state of charge.

Please try again later.There's an option in settings on the MyAsus app that's pre-installed where you can charge the battery only till 80 percent to keep the battery as long as possible so i know it can power the device with the battery disconnected I've done it I opened the device up and disconnected battery before and powered right only using USBC port

When you connect the charger it signifies that it is then running on PD (power delivery) and when you unplug it signifies that it is running on battery. The stock charger is 65W so it can power your device and charge the battery at the same time.
