• Pre-orders will end when they have hit the limit (unknown what the limit is), or when the device releases.

• I'm speaking completely without anymore information than everyone else, but I would imagine pre-orders would end on June 13th, the day it's released. They could also be doing a batched release. I really don't know, but those are certainly possibilities.
