Yes it can. It runs windows 11 home. It’ll run anything you could run on a normal windows laptop or desktop

I’m not sure what PTS is, but it’s a real full windows 11 PC, so it can run most stuff. Obviously not everything is going to be a great experience with if you’re interacting with it with the touchscreen and controller, but it does let you dock it, with the appropriate hookup, and you can literally use it as a desktop PC if you want. The fact you can use it for that kind of feels like another justification for me to getting it, I wouldn’t mind having another device. I can use as a full-blown PC!
