“Can i use this system as a mobile counterpart to an Xbox series S? By that I mean if I play games on it I have on my Xbox would there be any data issues? Mainly asking in regards to the upcoming Forza Horizon 6”

You won't be able to play xbox titles unless they are labeled "play anywhere".
