• Yes. Because it connects directly to your tv. So each tv has to have one.

• yes unless you prefer to unhook it and move it everytime you move to the other tv

• Works fine as long as you have either a RCA port or HDMI port to plug into.

• Yes, you need one device for each TV you want to use it with. Otherwise, you would have to unplug it, and take it to the other room when you want to use it on the other TV.

• you need a roku for each tv. i found that out. its still worth it. i love my roku and all of the stuff that comes with it. i bought a roku 1 and a roku 2 no need to spend a fortune on the others. there is practically no difference.
