• No USB (I think), but Roku does have a free phone app so that you can use your phone as a remote.

• Just download the roku app to your smartphone which has a remote control. You can use your phone keypad to enter data. Better than a wireless keypad through USB.

• No. It's all using the control. You have a option to use a smart phone to assist in looking for what you want. Android or iOS

• You can download an app from the Google store that will work on any Android device and use your phone or tablet as a keyboard but no it does not work with other kinds of devices.
