- Answer With the ultra we can get 4k content. And since Netflix now has 4K movies, and I have a 4K tv it is nice to be able to use the ability.

- Answer The main difference, besides size, is that the Roku 3 can connect via Ethernet or WiFi, as opposed to WiFi only for the Stick. The Roku 3 (2015) also has a ear phone jack in the remote for private listening. Other than those, they run and play the same.
