• In my area it only gets PBS from various locations in the US, but I did not see PBS Passport in the streaming store.

• Hello Sparky, Yes you can get PBS passport, as for your local channels that depends on if your local channels have apps on Roku or are offered by news apps such as NBC, CBS, Fox, Etc. that may require subscriptions. You can also try the Roku Channel or Haystack.
