• You're not going to be able to stream cable-only channels like CNN, nor local tv stations - only content that is accessible via the internet. If you can't stream it to your computer, you can't stream it to any smart tv.

• Hello Calsasha, Assuming you mean Spectrum you can cancel the cable box and replace it with a Roku device and download the Spectrum channel on the Roku Channel Store and watch Spectrum as if you had the box.
